Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Bruwnude. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

During new drops or launches, processing may take slightly longer. If there’s a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we’ll reach out to you by email.

We currently ship across India.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• Shipping cost: Displayed at checkout, or free where indicated

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier conditions. Remote or non-metro areas may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or message so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at akshaiashokan777@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right. For lost shipments, reach out and we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it.
